is a structured process that brings key stakeholders together across differences to strengthen connection and trust, deepen understanding of complex issues, explore critical questions, and find shared values, agreements, or directions for action.

The process brings the Intergroup Dialogue framework together with the Technology of Participation collaborative workshop methodology to shift relationships and build alliances in multi-stakeholder teams, communities, or organizations.

Expert facilitation enables “sticky conversations” to happen in a way that leads to clarity, connection, and breakthroughs rather than breakdown.
