Leaders gathered at table engaging in collective dialogue

Welcome to The Sambai Circle

We help justice-driven leaders
collaborate to drive culture and systems change.

We are a partner and guide as you work to make life healthier, safer, more connected, more fulfilling, and more just for yourself and your people.

Our programs and services help you draw upon information, experience, and intuition to deepen your understanding, make clear decisions, and take effective action.

  • Our transformative learning programs give leaders the skills and tools to lead inclusive, collaborative, and justice-driven change.

  • We help design and guide important meetings, workshops, and retreats using methods that prioritize inclusive participation, equitable process, critical reflection, and consensus-building.

  • We expertly combine deep listening with critical inquiry to help teams, coalitions, and alliances to clarify their goals and intentions and to move through and beyond the internal and external barriers that stand in the way of effective collaboration and achievement.

How We Support Your Work

Whether you are an individual leader or a team, you likely already have many of the core elements needed to create change: awareness and knowledge of issues, meaningful relationships and networks, lived experience, professional expertise, a solid commitment to making a difference.

We help you bring the elements together to answer the question: HOW?

  • How will you use the tools and resources you have to make life better for you and your people?

  • How can you connect the dots to reveal a bigger picture for the future?

  • How can you align your goals and actions to overcome obstacles and move toward your vision?

  • How will you connect and build with others to create collective change?

  • How can you move through and beyond the challenges that hinder your process?

  • How will you contribute to collective change?
