Inspire & Guide Change

As an equity and justice-driven educator, you know the importance of building a school community where each member is fully connected, valued, and supported. This is especially true as we move through this time of profound social and cultural change in our schools, communities, and nation.

Creating both safe and bravely transformative spaces for discussions on equity, inclusion, and justice in today’s complex climate requires effective tools and support. These critical conversations demand courage, skill, and deep wisdom.

The Transformative Dialogue Facilitative Leadership Certificate Program, a partnership between the Los Angeles County Office of Education, the Museum of Tolerance, and the Sambai Circle, is designed to help you grow your skills, tools, and strategies to promote equity, healing, and justice.

This Fall, join with peers and colleagues in the next Transformative Dialogue cohort, and grow your competence and confidence to lead intergroup dialogue and action for meaningful change.
